This is my first time shopping at Piloti.com. How do I place an order?
Purchasing is easy. Simply select "Products" from the main navigation and select your shoes from the styles available. Once you've selected your favorite style, the screen will refresh displaying the available colors for that style. Clicking on the thumbnail will bring you to a page where you can enter the quantity and size of the shoe. If you want more then one pair change the default number in the quantity box to reflect the number of pairs you want to order. Clicking on the buy button will then bring you to your shopping cart, where you can choose to checkout or continue shopping at Piloti.com.
I'm not sure my order went through, how can I check it?
You should receive an email from us confirming your order. If you don't receive one, please click on "Contact Us", shoot us a quick email and submit your order information in the "comments" box. Otherwise you can call our Sales Support group at 805-494-0756
Why has my order been rejected?
Always be sure that your billing address and zip code matches your credit card statement. If not, our system will reject your order.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
No matter how fast you drive, you can't escape taxes. The amount of sales tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment. Since we're based in California, those residents will be assessed the proper sales tax. The appropriate tax is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Are there any handling charges?
We charge a small handling fee of $3 for the first pair, plus $1.50 per additional pair of shoes per order.
How do I use the Shopping Cart?
Whatever you select on the Piloti.com site, you'll find those items placed in the shopping cart. Just click on the "view shopping cart" link. Just as in a grocery store, you can take items in and out of the cart. Obviously, we recommend you fill yours to the brim with our innovative driving shoes.
How do I return my purchase for a Refund or Exchange?
Satisfaction with our products is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your product has a material defect or you wish to exchange it for a different size or style, please return the package to the address below. Please fill out the return form enclosed in the box, or tuck a note inside with your name, contact info, and desired exchange, or reason for requesting a refund. If the shoes are in resaleable condition (barring a manufacturer's defect), Piloti will issue a credit to your credit card or ship another product to you accordingly. Please note: We do not offer customers a refund for the cost of shipping.

Warranty and Returns: Piloti will warranty our driving shoe line for a period of six months, or until the tread on the sole becomes smooth in any area, against products deemed defective. Piloti does not cover shoes that have been washed, laundered, or altered in any way. Piloti does not replace shoes that have been exposed to harsh chemicals or greases.
