We recommend regularly using a suede block and brush, available at any drugstore, to keep the suede looking fresh. Upon receiving your new shoes, you might want to spray them with "Boot Protector" available at most footwear retailers. We have found this product highly effective for protecting suede from dirt and moisture, without altering the color. How do I return my purchase for a Refund or Exchange? Warranty and Returns: Piloti will warranty our driving shoe line for a period of six months, or until the tread on the sole becomes smooth in any area, against products deemed defective. Piloti does not cover shoes that have been washed, laundered, or altered in any way. Piloti does not replace shoes that have been exposed to harsh chemicals or greases.
